I have been inspired by the latest cover of Somerset Magazine (my personal creative fave) which features crowns created from ephemera and whimsical bits of baubles and beads. breathing easier

I am settled in now - for the most part - and it is nice to be able to write again about my daily meanderings through life, work and my art. I have been more creative as of late and that has been a pleasant distraction. I love that returning to nursing allows me more days off to play with paper, scissors and glue with the luxury of not having to depend on my art sales to eat. And, yes, that is me in the photograph with the faery - and, yes, I still believe in magic.

I am not sure how often I will be able to post here but, I promise that it will more often than in the last year. And I hate that I lost my original YouJustBreathe url and had to go to a dot-us but that is okay. I have discovered that, if people need to find you, they will.

It is late and I have an art project started. I will, from time to time, share these projects with you. Comments are welcome, praise is even more welcome. And, as always, remember to just breathe.
